Accelex has launched its Global Customer Advisory Board with an event that brought together clients, senior leadership, and product experts for a collaborative exchange of insights and ideas.

Fintent has announced four new features for its deal sourcing platform. These features are: the ability to filter predictive signals by lists, removing/replacing companies you're tracking predictive signals for, downloading intent lists and email notifications when new signals are available.

iCapital has launched its fixed income investments with principal protection. Fixed income investments with principal protection, including rate-linked investments, can provide income to investors on a periodic basis, either at a fixed or a floating rate, often while offering full principal protection.

Attio has announced that customized currency formatting is now available. Customers can now customize the way currency values appear in table views.

Owlin just updated its Consumer Review Monitoring feature by adding a new source of reviews from the Consumer Complaint Database by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). CFPB reviews can give insights into problems people are experiencing in the marketplace and help regulate consumer financial products and services under existing federal consumer financial laws and enforce those laws judiciously.

Attio has announced four new product releases. These new updates include: Attio now includes Workspace and User objects by default, the ability to filter records by inclusion or exclusion in lists, rename table columns and new currency formatting.

CEPRES has launched its new Analysis Builder tool, which enables private markets investors to get the analysis they want, when they want it. The Analysis Builder integration expands data customization capabilities to let users create unique, interactive, enhanced analysis in Portfolio Monitoring without limitations.

Canoe Intelligence launches Canoe Data Innovation Hub and unveils Design Partnership Program for Canoe Asset Data. Within the Canoe Data Innovation Hub, a cross-functional team of strategists, product managers, engineers, and growth experts are partnering with 13 Canoe clients across different firm types to design and build its inaugural product offering, Canoe Asset Data. This Design Partnership addresses the challenges clients face today, where they often rely on manual, time-consuming methods to access and analyze asset-level data. Canoe’s aim is to deliver a scalable, cost-effective solution that complements the company’s existing offerings and approach.

Decimal Point Advisors has announced two new product launches. The first, ESG NewsPulse, which is a tool for ESG investors, offering near real-time news assessments for portfolio companies. The other new product is GreenInvest Pulse, which is a lead to sustainable investing. Align with Net Zero, track TCFD metrics, and create monthly reports.

PARTNERSHIPS & INTEGRATIONS

Dealstack has announced a new partnership with XPARTNERS, an Axcel portfolio company, in order to roll out a broad investment programme. Dealstack's workflows handled the full implementation of the programme, enabling teams to spend more time on value add, not deal admin. Going forward, the plan will be fully managed from within Dealstack, allowing for easy handling of joiners and leavers and other changes.

Netwealth, an Australian specialist investment platform, and iCapital have announced a strategic partnership to distribute global private market and hedge fund investments to financial advice firms and their wholesale clients across Australia. As part of strategic partnership, Netwealth will serve initially as iCapital’s exclusive Australian distribution partner for iCapital sponsored funds relying on Netwealth’s network of product specialists who will work closely with financial advisers. iCapital will also provide Netwealth with product support through its in-house research and diligence team, and a bespoke suite of educational tools.

SAI Actuarial Services has partnered with eVestment to enhance their ESG monitoring and research. SAI is a consultant across unions, pension committees, board of trustees and insurance groups.

Accelex has announced that they've partnered with Amazon Web Services (AWS) as its trusted cloud partner. AWS infrastructure is also used to power Accelex’s data analytics pipeline.

Dasseti has shared that they are one of the first ESG Data Platforms to join the ESG Data Convergence Initiative. LP, GP and fund of fund clients will be able to view EDCI benchmark data directly in their Dasseti platform.

Savant, a hardware and deep tech incubator and venture capital firm in Africa, has selected PE Front Office as their technology partner to streamline their investment lifecycle.

ESG Book partners with Arcesium to deliver sustainability data for institutional investors. ESG Book's data solutions are now available through Arcesium's cloud-native technology for next-generation sustainability analysis on over 50,000 listed corporations world wide.

NEW CLIENTS

VentureSouq has selected SS&C for fund administration. The Dubai-based global venture capital fund manager is the latest MENA private markets manager to sign with SS&C GlobeOp. VentureSouq's mandate includes two funds, one management company and four co-investment vehicles. SS&C has also announced that Accordant Investments, a registered investment advisor, has appointed SS&C Technologies to help manage the operations of its first registered interval fund. Accordant will leverage SS&C's suite of services including registered fund services, administration, transfer agency, tax and treasury services.

Vitech Systems Group has announced that Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) has selected V3locity, Vitech’s cloud-native administration, engagement, and analytics platform, to support its Pension Risk Transfer business. With V3locity, MassMutual can now include new business acceptance, onboarding, and benefit and payment processing, supporting the insurer’s robust sales and service volumes while driving additional operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Fiduciary Trust Company has selected SUBSCRIBE to enable their private markets digital transformation strategy. SUBSCRIBE will support digital investor onboarding and fund subscriptions for Fiduciary Trust Company's private fund investments.

HIRING & PERSONNEL

Validus Risk Management has appointed Andrew Spence as a senior advisor in Toronto focusing on pension plans and asset managers. Spence will support Validus in the delivery of risk acquisition and management solutions as the firm expands its business into the pension and asset management sectors.

Former Japanese Vice Minister of the Environment, Tokutaro Nakai has joined Persefoni’s Sustainability Advisory Board. The board, established in 2020 and composed of global experts in sustainability, strategically advises Persefoni’s board and executive team on sustainability reporting product offerings, market strategies, and overall vision.

Finquest has announced the newest addition to its leadership team, Alexander Christ, who has joined as its Service Delivery Director.

OneTrust has announced the official opening of its new strategic hub in Madrid, Spain. The hub will serve as its launchpad for operations outside of North America and will provide centralized support to help companies globally adopt its trust intelligence solutions.

Moonfare has announced the appointment of Dr Lorenz Jüngling as Co-CEO, working alongside Founder and CEO, Dr Steffen Pauls. Jüngling previously held roles of Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer for Moonfare.

IQ-EQ has announced that Paul Griffith has been appointed as Chief Commercial Officer for Ireland. In his new role, Griffith will join the regional leadership team and work closely with the wider team in implementing strategic growth plans. . IQ-EQ has also welcomed David J. Giannone, who recently joined the Business Development team as Senior Managing Director in the US. Giannone has over 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, specializing in private capital, offshore structures and business development.

SimCorp strengthens APAC presence with strategic partnerships and regional offices. In Japan, SimCorp has signed a partnership agreement with the Japanese IT services company NS Solutions Corporation. SimCorp has also opened offices in in Manila, The Philippines, and Noida, India.

Holland Mountain has added two new additions to its growing team. Mirjana Grozdanovic has joined as a Business Analyst, and Snezana Omorac has joined as a Junior BI Developer. Both will help deliver ATLAS data solutions to private equity firms across the world.

Freyda has announced that Joseph Moyes has joined the firm as a Back End Engineer. With over 4 years in Python development, Moyes brings experience in API design, AWS cloud solutions and building scalable and efficient backend systems. Moyes will help to enhance the Freyda platform and launch new product features.

DiligenceVault has welcomed five new members to its growing product team. The new hires are: Ekta Choudhary, Kashish Sonpal, Pratibha Singh, Razi Ahmad Ansari and Rimsha Khan.

Kelp is expanding its offerings to include Western and Northen Europe, providing investors with comprehensive data-driven decision support. Kelp’s proprietary decision support engine blends structured and unstructured data.

Earnest Analytics has announced that Alyssa Lewis has joined its leadership team as Chief Revenue Officer. Lewis joins Earnest from Visible Alpha where she was VP of Sales, Americas.

Broadridge has posted a new article, "Asset Managers Navigating the Next Wave:

According to Broadridge, they examined how buy-side C-suite executives and direct reports are embracing digital transformation, more than half (57%) of leaders say that digital transformation is their most important strategic initiative.

Mend.io has released a new ESG Report: Optimizing Application Security Effectiveness - Best Practices to Secure and Protect Modern Software Applications. The report found that only 41% of companies are very confident in their ability to manage the security and compliance risks associated with open source software components used within internally developed applications.

Maestro has posted a new blog, "Transforming the first year of PE ownership into a year of action & growth". In this blog Maestro states that once a deal is done, sponsors must adopt the right mindset, approaches, and tools to hit the ground running alongside their portfolio teams.
