S&P Global launches S&P Capital IQ Pro Document Intelligence on Salesforce's AgentExchange. S&P Capital IQ Pro Document Intelligence will help customers simplify the analysis of company documents. This new tool helps users extract insights, evaluate risks and gauge sentiment from earnings call transcripts and regulatory filings. The S&P Capital IQ Pro Document Intelligence GenAI tool integrates S&P Global's transcripts and filings data to provide insights, sentiment analysis and more, directly within Salesforce. This helps users analyze critical documents directly in their CRM tool, improving productivity. With these insights, users can generate emails, create events, and update account strategies in response to market and company changes. Agentforce customers will be able to install the S&P Capital IQ Pro Document Intelligence application from the AgentExchange for trials, with full access available with a S&P Global Market Intelligence license. ↗
CAIS unveils CAISey, an AI solution to streamline the alternative investment experience for advisors. S&P Global agrees to acquire With Intelligence from Motive Partners for $1.8 Billion. The acquisition will expand S&P Global's data coverage and capabilities across private markets — and enhances its value proposition for GPs, LPs, Intermediaries and Advisors. This acquisition will deliver insights, connectivity and transparency across the private markets ecosystem. It will bring to the market With Intelligence's proprietary fund data and LP/GP relationship intelligence complemented by S&P Global's private company and transaction data for the Front Office. In the Middle Office, customers will access With Intelligence's benchmarking and performance data with S&P Global's workflow and valuation solutions, enriching portfolio management and monitoring. The Back Office will be supported with solutions like WSO to streamline fund activity, performance reporting and transparency for clients. The transaction is expected to close in 2025, or early 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of certain regulatory approvals. ↗
Solovis acquired by Insight Partners. ST6, a team of software operating executives, will partner with Insight to help accelerate Solovis' next phase of growth as an independent company dedicated to helping asset owners with unified portfolio intelligence across public and private markets. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. As part of this new chapter with Insight Partners and ST6, Solovis will have the dedicated leadership, resources, and capital to accelerate innovation, scale its platform, and pursue both organic enhancements and add-on acquisitions to expand capabilities. Looking forward, Solovis plans to leverage AI to streamline reporting and reduce manual workflows, giving institutional investors back valuable time to focus on high-value activities. ↗
AlphaSense acquires Carousel. This acquisition adds Carousel’s AI-powered Excel modeling technology to AlphaSense’s generative AI suite, so that users will be able to create and update financial models quickly. Carousel eliminates tedious parts of an analyst’s workflow – extracting data from PDFs and presentations, formatting models, building formulas, and explaining complex logic. This acquisition helps users to: 1 - Build and iterate on models informed by market intelligence: Carousel can both build first drafts and refine models with natural language. With AlphaSense integrated, analysts can incorporate insights from earnings calls, research reports, and filings to drive their modeling assumptions and explore new strategic angles, all without leaving Excel. 2 - Ingest unstructured sources from anywhere into Excel: Carousel already extracts data from user-provided PDFs, CSVs, and presentations. With AlphaSense integrated, analysts can also search across thousands of filings for specific line items buried in footnotes or across multiple 10-Ks, pulling data points directly into models without manual hunting. 3 - Understand, explain, and check models: Model Walkthrough breaks down cell-level formulas into plain language, while Carousel’s chat interface helps users understand how models are architected and laid out. Senior team members can quickly get comfortable with junior team members' work, simplifying reviews, ensuring accuracy, and accelerating onboarding. 4 - Work with context-aware AI directly in Excel: Carousel understands your model's context to help analysts test more scenarios, pursue alternative hypotheses, and stress-test assumptions thoroughly. SS&C Technologies completes acquisition of Calastone. The purchase price is approximately US $1.03 billion, subject to certain adjustments. SS&C funded the purchase with a combination of debt and cash. The transaction is expected to be accretive over the next 12 months. Effective immediately, Calastone’s team of 250 employees will join SS&C Global Investor & Distribution Solutions. They will report to General Manager Nick Wright. The combined team will deliver a unified, real-time operating platform to reduce cost, complexity and operational risk for fund industry participants worldwide. Clients will benefit from enhanced distribution, investor servicing and operational scalability. ↗
Salesforce Ventures deploys over $850 million to support the next generation of enterprise AI companies. To date, the firm has invested in 35 AI-first companies whose combined valuations are over $270 billion. The fund’s portfolio includes companies such as Anthropic, Cohere, ElevenLabs, Protect AI, Together AI, and Runway. ↗

This workflow, data, and experience integration eliminates manual data entry, gives fund managers seamless operations from prospecting through closing, and lets investors go from evaluating to transacting without ever leaving the Allvue platform. This integration eliminates the friction between fundraising and onboarding that often delays closes and frustrates investors. Your team manages LPs in Allvue, and when they're ready to invest, they complete subscription documents through Passthrough's embedded workflow—all without leaving Allvue. Their data then automatically syncs with their Allvue CRM profile for ongoing investor relations. The Allvue-Passthrough integration connects three stages of an investor relations workflow: 1 - Investor prospecting in Allvue: Track prospects and manage outreach through Allvue's fundraising portal. When an LP is ready to commit, Passthrough will launch directly within Allvue in an embedded experience. 2 - Investor onboarding in Passthrough: Investors complete subscription documents through customized workflows. They only see questions relevant to them, and 90%+ complete the process in about 20 minutes. 3 - Data population back to Allvue: Investor data flows automatically into Allvue's CRM via API. ↗
Northern Trust selects Broadridge Global Class Action Services. Northern Trust is expanding its global asset recovery capabilities by leveraging Broadridge Financial Solutions proprietary global class action technology, enabling clients to optimize claim recoveries and increase engagement in settlement processes. Enhancements available with the new service include expanded coverage for more than 35 markets and support for “opt-in" markets where claimants can elect to participate in litigation prior to the suit being settled. In addition, enhanced reporting provides clients with detail over the lifecycle of their class action cases, including upcoming filing deadlines, case summary and claim detail reports, and listings of all claim distributions. The enhanced solutions provide investors with transparency, operational agility and access to global asset recovery opportunities as new laws are passed. ↗
Arch and Archway Group partner to enhance alternative investment management. This new strategic partnership is aimed at delivering a unified, end-to-end solution for UHNW investors and their advisors. This collaboration integrates Arch’s alternative investment data into Archway’s accounting and reporting platform, providing visibility into a client’s portfolio across both private and public investments. The integration of both family office technology platforms will streamline reporting and private investment management workflows for UHNW investors. By integrating with Arch, Archway’s clients will be able to gain a comprehensive view of portfolio performance and be able to access analytics on alternatives. Arch and Archway’s integrated platform is currently being rolled out to joint clients in an initial beta phase, with full availability anticipated later in the fourth quarter. ↗

S&P Global Ratings is collaborating with Chainlink to deliver S&P Global Ratings' Stablecoin Stability Assessments on-chain via DataLink. As a turnkey service, DataLink allows data providers like S&P Global Ratings to publish data to blockchains and on-chain markets in a secure and reliable manner—without the need to build or maintain new infrastructure. This initiative makes S&P Global Ratings' stablecoin risk analysis accessible within decentralized finance protocols and smart contracts for the first time.
