qashqade launches its latest release, version 25.0.0. This update introduces a redesigned engine and enhanced user experience that can change how firms access, manage, and calculate allocations across complex structures. The initial cohort of FTSE StepStone Global Private Market Indices are now available in key strategies and regions under two methodologies: 1 - Daily Market Indices – a daily, market-calibrated benchmark that extends the cash-adjusted indices by incorporating estimated mark-to-market valuations derived from relevant public market indices and their historical relationships with private market strategies. 2 - Daily Cash-Adjusted Indices – a daily benchmark following industry standards in private markets by rolling forward reported NAVs using real-time contribution, distribution, and currency movements. ↗
PitchBook’s private capital market intelligence is now accessible in Claude. The integration allows customers to access PitchBook’s proprietary data through conversational prompts inside Claude. This launch builds on the previously launched Claude integration with Morningstar, PitchBook’s parent company. Together, PitchBook and Morningstar are further expanding access to trusted financial intelligence across both public and private markets. PitchBook subscribers can now an now access its data in an enterprise AI environment, accelerating research and decision-making for financial professionals. Transparity acquires Xpedition. Transparity is a cloud-based, pure play Microsoft partner. The combined business will deliver end-to-end capability across Dynamics 365, Azure, Cyber, AI, and more, bringing scale, experience and enhanced capacity to help organizations embrace the AI-powered future of CRM and ERP. This acquisition has fueled expansion initiatives including headcount investment, new offices side-by-side with Microsoft in London, a unified brand, and the launch of new products including AI Factory. ↗
Qapita acquires Punch Financial to bolster fund administration and create a unified private market platform. The integration of Qapita and Punch Financial will create an enhanced offering for fund managers, and investors, combining AI-enabled technology with expert service delivery. Through this acquisition, Qapita will integrate Punch Financial's fund accounting and administration services with its proprietary AI-led product suite. This acquisition will enable funds to streamline operations across fund setup, capital calls, distribution calculations, reporting, compliance, and LP engagement, all on a single digital stack. ↗
Bain Capital invests in Innocap. Innocap Investment Management, a dedicated managed account platform, is receiving a strategic growth investment from Bain Capital Tech Opportunities. This investment will advance Innocap’s next stage of growth and help enhance its technology-enabled service model, helping institutional investors structure, access, and oversee alternative portfolios with transparency and efficiency. Financial terms of the minority investment were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals and is expected to close in Q1 2026. ↗
iCapital makes strategic investment in LYNK Markets. iCapital has also partnered with LYNK Markets to scale adoption of alternatives through Private Alternative Investment Fund Notes. This partnership delivers a scalable cross-border investment solution through Private ETNs—registered securities that expand access to alternative investments across the Latin American wealth channel. Through this partnership, asset managers can embrace alternative fund strategies, simplifying investment processes, due diligence, reporting, and settlement via international settlement platforms. Each Private ETN carries a unique ISIN for global distribution, accelerating time to market, strengthening offshore channels, and reducing operational complexity while preserving client confidentiality. Wealth managers benefit from exposure to alternatives with lower investment thresholds, simplified onboarding, real-time insights, and built-in regulatory confidence via iCapital Marketplace. LSEG expands partnership with BlackRock and enhances private markets data offering with new Preqin data feeds. Through a new data integration, LSEG’s users will gain insights in private markets and alternative assets by accessing Preqin data through LSEG’s Workspace platform and Data & Feeds products. Additionally, LSEG and BlackRock have also enhanced their data integrations in two other areas. LSEG has renewed its multi-year partnership with BlackRock’s Aladdin platform bringing platform access to LSEG’s Pricing and Reference Services data to power their investment decisions. BlackRock has also extended its partnership with FTSE Russell, enabling BlackRock to continue to licence the index provider’s benchmarks to create a variety of investment vehicles for its clients. ↗

Tyrer brings a track record of helping investment firms scale through technology, with prior experience at Bloomberg and as a company founder. Prior to SimCorp, he spent eight years at BlackRock, most recently as Head of APAC Aladdin Business Development. Medi Tuku joins as Head of Solutions Engineering, APAC, and he will lead a team of solution specialists focused on delivering end-to-end investment and risk management solutions to both prospective and existing clients.
