NEW & UPDATED PRODUCTS

ENTRILIA has announced it has a new feature on its platform. ENTRILIA is now feeding clients curated templates that provide building blocks for custom reports. Clients should have received a message to respond to with ideas for templates they would want to see.

In its latest update, Dialllog has introduced the "Views" functionality on its platform. Users can now set up specific filters and columns, tailor data just the way you like it, and save it as a customized view. Additionally, users can now share these views with their team. This way users can collaborate effortlessly by ensuring everyone sees the same data, in the same way.

CEPRES has announced a few new updates since the start of December. On the platform, users are now able to pin custom dashboards enabling them to customize the menu on the left-hand side. The portfolio management update is for GP users using the onboarding flow, a new option to forward requests is now available. The Fund Screener update allows for new Cashflow views. There is a new dropdown that gives the user three view options to choose from: Operating Cashflows, Non-operating Cashflows, and Mixed Cashflows.

Affinity has a new update to its platform, where users now have the ability to perform list calculations. The benefits of using Formula Fields are as follows: Increased efficiency, improved decision-making and enhanced data quality.

DEAL ACTIVITY

SEI has acquired Altigo, a cloud-based technology platform that provides inventory, e-subscription, and reporting capabilities for alternative investments. While there was not a material capital transaction, SEI expects the acquisition of Altigo to drive growth and expand its strategic opportunity in the alternatives space.

Edmond de Rothschild has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its third-party asset servicing activities based in Luxembourg to Apex Group. As part of this agreement, Apex Group will also acquire Edmond de Rothschild's fund administration, transfer agent and custody activities for its Private Equity and Infrastructure funds. Apex Group will then become a strategic provider for Edmond de Rothschild on these activities.

MSCI has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Fabric, a wealth technology platform specializing in portfolio design, customization, and analytics for wealth managers and advisors. With this acquisition, the combination of MSCI’s total-portfolio toolkit and Fabric’s rules-based portfolio construction capabilities will help wealth managers and advisors streamline investment activities, enable a collaborative experience, report, and offer real-time delivery of insights to better serve their clients and bring more transparency to markets.

Salesforce signs definitive agreement to acquire Spiff, a sales commission software company. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of Salesforce’s fiscal year 2025. After closing, the Spiff team will become a part of the Sales Cloud team at Salesforce, working to enhance Salesforce’s Sales Performance Management. solutions.

PARTNERSHIPS & INTEGRATIONS

Attio has announced four new integrations that have occured over this last week. Fillout is a form builder and when using it, your attributes in Attio will automatically be available, so you can quickly build a form that aligns and syncs with your business model. Relay.app is a multiplayer, AI-enhanced workflow automation tool. You can use Relay to easily integrate Attio with over 90 apps in your stack. Apideck is an API integration layer that allows partners to integrate with Attio using just a few lines of code. Lastly, Integration.app is an AI-powered integration service that also allows partners to integrate with Attio with just few lines of code.

Bain has teamed with CEPRES to provide GPs and LPs with access to analysis of deal-level returns and operating metrics. As a result of this partnership, both firm's private equity clients will now have the insights to guide their strategies and investment decisions, enabling them to achieve entirely new levels of value. Going forward, Bain and CEPRES will expand their joint research efforts and also develop new products that will provide the private equity industry with new capabilities to improve investment performance.

SimilarWeb has integrated with Bombora Company Surge, a provider of intent data for B2B sales and marketing. This integration will help organizations understand which of their ideal prospects are looking to buy so they can take action and get to them first. How will SimilarWeb use intent data? Focus on accounts that convert, find opportunities before your competitors and improve outbound response rates.

J.P. Morgan Asset Management has partnered with iCapital to expand alternative solutions to wholesale investors in Australia. Through this collaboration, iCapital will provide its proprietary technology platform to facilitate the distribution of JPMAM’s select global alternative strategies, enabling Australian investors to explore a broader range of investment opportunities in the alternative space.

Kearny Jackson and Alto have partnered to provide individual investors opportunities to access venture capital returns. Kearny Jackson operates within three strictly defined areas of focus: B2B SaaS, infrastructure, and fintech. Alto and Kearny Jackson partnered to democratize access to venture capital, enabling qualified individual investors to: participate, diversify and access.

Canoe Intelligence and K1x have forged a partnership to create end-to-end tax solutions for alternative investors. With this partnership, Canoe and K1x are providing clients with an end-to-end K-1 solution. For clients seeking to automate data extraction and analysis from additional documents or pages, and needing integrations to tax software, K1x manages that process digitally. Mutual clients can leverage existing Canoe platform features to export their collected tax documents for use with the K-1 Analyzer platform from K1x.

K3 Capital Group has partnered with Dealstack to implement and manage a new management incentive program. Key highlights of this partnership include: Investor data and signatures collected on the platform with no document coding required. Investment documents are readily available for all stakeholders, reducing email clutter. And automated workflows to manage joiners, leavers and ongoing communication.

MSCI is partnering with Jopwell, a career advancement platform for diverse talent. The goal is to connect Black, Latinx, and Native American students and professionals with employers in the United States to diversify workplaces.

IQ-EQ France is supporting Allianz Global Investors as the management company for its €256 million debt fund. Under the EU’s AIFMD, IQ-EQ is acting as third-party AIFM for the FCT securitization vehicle that is providing the financing.

Milan has chosen Dealroom as its new data platform. Milano joins 90+ global startup ecosystems powered by Dealroom. Now Dealroom is working with Milan Chamber of Commerce, Comune di Milano, Milano & Partners, Parcam S.r.l. & Promos Italia to uncover every startup opportunity and project in the region.

Addepar has announced that Adventus Capital is its newest client. Adventus Capital is an investment and advisory platform serving large wealth owners, foundations and institutional clients with customized investment solutions, family office services and strategic capital advisory.

CM1 - AML, a AML SaaS provider, has partnered with Valu8 for ownership information. This collaboration enhances CM1's data to combat money laundering and detect PEPs within organizational structures.

HIRING & PERSONNEL

Forge adds three new strategic hires to its global team. Two industry veterans have joined the firm: Eric Thomassian, Head of Private Company Relations, and Jay Hinton, Head of Product. Additionally, Chris Lane has joined Forge as Managing Director, Head of Institutional Relationship Management. Thomassian, formerly the Global Head of Private Markets at EquityZen, is leading the education, development and implementation of liquidity solutions for Forge’s private company clients. Hinton's previous position was Head of Product at 55IP, a fintech company under JP Morgan Asset & Wealth Management. Lane has 25 years' experience in executive roles at BNP Paribas, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.

AlphaSense has announced the hire of Prasun Nesu has joined the leadership team as Senior Director of Analytics & Enablement. Nesu was previously a General Manager at A.P. Moller - Maersk.

Apex Group has announced it has opened a new office in Frankfurt-am-Main, which will add additional capabilities for its German clients. This is the second office to open in Germany. Apex's latest German office provides corporate services alongside SPV Management for capital market transactions. The team is headed up by Andreas Grundhöfer and Angela Bartl, who have recently joined Apex Group.

FactSet has announced two new additions to the company. Sunny Yeo has been with FcatSet for 12 years and has just been promoted to Vice President, Head of EMEA Relationship Management, Data Solutions. Desiree Dancy has joined FactSet from GLG and is Factset's new Chief Diversity Officer & Head of Corporate Responsibility.
