WealthBlock launches new E-Signature System, WealthSign. Key features of WealthSign include, streamlined efficiency, simple e-sign document digitization, tailored templates and AI-driven field placement. New users will be able to access WealthSign as soon as they sign up for Wealthblock.

Totem VC has launched AI Insights. Fund managers receive thousands of emails from their portfolio companies, but these emails often remain buried in their inboxes, leaving investors in the dark when it comes to supporting their portfolio. With AI Insights which scans emails & attachments for extracting valuable insights into companies' performance. Whether it's an investor update or a board deck outlining next quarter's goals, fund managers can now have access to real-time information immediately.

MSCI has introduced the Climate Action Corporate Bond Indexes, expanding its Climate Action Index range. These indexes provide choices for investors to align with net-zero goals and integrate climate concerns globally. Ideal for those investing in transition and emission reduction, they select top-performing companies in each Global Industry Classification Standard sector based on net-zero targets and climate risk management.

Canoe Intelligence has launched Canoe Pro, in collaboration with Amplify Advisory Solutions, as its first Canoe Pro Partner. Key features of Canoe Pro include: Canoe certified service partners, delegate to experts and alternatives data workflow management.

Dialllog has launched its all-in-one CRM platform, designed for M&A deal sourcing and execution. Dialllog's new platform integrates CRM functionalities with financial deal-making.

Beauhurst has launched its ESG dataset, which will sit alongside Beauhurt's All Company data. The ESG dataset is designed to give users a holistic perspective on companies by not only capturing their financial and operational aspects, but also shedding light on their environmental sustainability practices, social responsibility initiatives, and governance principles.

Attio has announced that Automations has gone live on Product Hunt. With Automations, users can build workflows for your GTM team, use AI blocks for automation and integrate with tools in your stack.

Decusoft has announced the release of Compose AI, for compensation management. Compose AI integrates the capabilities of artificial intelligence with Decusoft's compensation framework.

Dialllog has introduced a new addition to its platform, Email Campaigns. With Dialllog CRM's latest feature, users can now send bulk emails to contacts in addition to personalizing each email with custom first lines to foster meaningful connections within the user's ecosystem.

The iCI and the Sustainable Markets Initiative’s Private Equity Task Force, developed by Bain & Company, have launched the Private Markets Decarbonisation Roadmap (PMDR) to support global private markets firms (GPs) with a common language and approach to speak about decarbonisation. It recognizes firms’ early-stage progress and builds on existing frameworks, giving firms the flexibility they need to decide what and how to disclose.

qashqade has launched The Portal. This release of qashqade brings brand new Portal functionality, improving communications and transparency with your business partners, as well as a host of calculation engine upgrades, screen performance and usability improvements and platform security updates.

Tegus is partnering with Blue Heron Research Partners for a new offering, Management Checks by Blue Heron. Management Checks expands Tegus’ core suite of research by providing users with critical insights on the strengths, weaknesses, and management styles of CEOs and key executives, all within the Tegus platform.

Floww has introduced its new funds management solution, FlowwFunds. FlowwFunds is a platform for private capital that removes the hassle from managing funds. It is a full stack solution, providing everything from building the investment management agreement, through to custody, regulatory reporting, investor reporting and paying agent services in one solution.

Citco has unveiled an upgrade to its CitcoConnect platform. The new update, which includes data pre-population and digital signing features, means managers can accelerate onboarding for new investors while streamlining day-to-day processes for existing investors.

S&P Global Market Intelligence has launched the Supply Chain Console, a new solution for businesses looking for a comprehensive view of the supply chain risk and optimization. The Supply Chain Console offers a holistic view of the entire supply chain landscape through interconnected proprietary data and research across trade, pricing, country risk and economics. Supply Chain Console is one of the many new products resulting from the merger between S&P Global and IHS Markit.

Tactyc has unveiled a new feature on its platform. Tactyc now summarizes IRR performance over time for both the Gross and Net LP IRR metrics. The IRR timeline view is available under IRR Summary chart in the Performance section of the dashboard.

Hyperscience has announced the release of R38. With this update, you can integrate large language models into workflows, measure the ROI of your AI investment, and validate data in real-time.

Altvia has a new update to its ShareSecure Command Center, a new feature designed to streamline operations when managing AIM contacts and ShareSecure users. With the new integration between AIM and ShareSecure, you will now be able to do the following: Increase workflow efficiency by minimizing the back-and-forth between systems. Also, users can easily prioritize actions like managing contact access, ShareSecure invites, and contact linking. Users can also refine AIM contact lists by entity, investor, or ShareSecure status to focus on specific groups to efficiently control access and manage ShareSecure adoption. Lastly, users can select multiple contacts to perform bulk actions like inviting and linking, re-inviting, linking without inviting, and unlinking.

DEAL ACTIVITY

Arch has raised $20 million in Series A funding, led by Menlo Ventures. Existing investors Craft Ventures and Quiet Capital also participated in the funding round, as well as new investors, including Carta, Citi Ventures, GPS Investment Partners and Focus Financial Partners. In 2021, Arch raised an initial $5.5 million, bringing its total funding to date at over $25 million.

SimCorp is merging with Axioma, a global provider of factor risk models, portfolio construction tools, and multi-asset class enterprise risk solutions. Prior to the merger with SimCorp, Axioma was part of Qontigo, a subsidiary of the Deutsche Börse Group since 2019 and a strategic partner of SimCorp since 2021.

Guidehouse, a global provider of consulting services to the public sector and commercial markets, has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Bain Capital for $5.3bn. Guidehouse, which has been owned by Veritas Capital since 2018, will continue to operate under its current management team, led by CEO Scott McIntyre.

Apex has entered into the Portuguese market with acquisition of Watermark Consulting. Watermark is now a part of Apex’s Corporate Solutions business, a global initiative with locally-delivered services. Watermark’s local employees will also join the group’s division.

73 Strings has announced a strategic partnership with LGG Advisors, a global business services consulting firm headquartered in London.

Oleter Group, a KLAR Partners portfolio company, has partnered with Dealstack to validate and manage their management incentive plan (MIP). Dealstack completed a full audit of the share register covering the MIP. Over 100 investors will be able to access their investment documents at any time through Dealstack.

Hitachi Digital Services and Position Green have partnered to drive ESG sustainability worldwide. This collaboration aims to help companies with their sustainability performance through efficient ESG data management and solutions for regulatory compliance and sustainable investment.

Socium Fund Services has partnered with Cascata Solutions. Together, they aim to deliver carried interest, management fee, and expense accounting services for Socium’s private fund clients.

Altvia and dakota have announced a new strategic partnership together. Altvia and dakota’s partnership will enable the user to: leverage unique data insights, expand their network and streamline fundraising efforts.

Northern Trust has partnered with Novata, which will make available Novata’s ESG data management software solution to Northern Trust asset servicing clients. This partnership follows a strategic investment in Novata by Northern Trust. The addition of Novata’s data management solution is an extension of Northern Trust’s Whole Office strategy that will provide asset owners a clearer view of the ESG impact of private companies on investment portfolios and simplify the ESG data collection process for investors and portfolio companies.

NEW CLIENTS

Penneo A/S has chosen Valu8 as its provider of KYC data, which includes information about owners of unlisted Swedish companies. Penneo is a RegTech company providing automation solutions for workflows related to client onboarding (KYC) and digital signing.

Bessemer Venture Partners has selected Standard Metrics as its centralized platform for portfolio data. Bessemer Venture Partners backs entrepreneurs from the earliest stages, through IPO and beyond. With the Standard Metrics platform, Bessemer’s portfolio companies will be able to structure updates once and push them to multiple investors.

HIRING & PERSONNEL

SEI has appointed Ian Love as head of its Asset Management business for the UK, EMEA, and Asia. This appointment is following a strategic alignment of the company’s resources to focus on investing in and executing its growth strategies. Love now leads SEI’s asset management strategy and oversees the Institutional and Intermediary businesses outside of North America.

IDR has added to its 24-hour capability with a number of new hires and an internal promotion to its Nightshift Team. The Nightshift Team includes Senior KYC Analysts Kim Poleman, Stephanie Meyer, Boipelo Zondo-Masigo and Adele Witbooi and Legal Analyst Luceel Fielding. It is led by Nightshift Delivery Manager, Mujahid Fisher. Fisher who has been internally promoted to this key role, will oversee the nightshift service.

StepStone has moved its Beijing office. StepStones's new Beijing office is at Kerry Centre, South Tower, 2117 -2130, 1 Guang Hua Road.

Domos FS is growing its Research & Development team with the hire of Anas Rekik as a new Developer. Most recently, Rekik was a Software Engineer at Qualys.

PFA Solutions has welcomed Lukas Parsons to the PFA team as a Senior Software Engineer. Before joining PFA Parsons was a Senior Software Engineer at Cognizant Softvision.
