SEI has launched a multi-custody capability for US wealth management clients. US wealth managers utilizing the SEI Wealth PlatformSM can view and manage assets custodied with third parties through an integration with SWP’s proprietary core accounting engine. By maintaining accurate data at the core accounting level, SEI’s multi-custody capability enables a seamless experience across internal and third-party custody accounts and helps ensure data consistency across any front- and middle-office solution integrated into SWP. Benefits include: greater transparency of a customer’s total assets, tailored advice based on a complete financial picture, ability to manage both custodied and held-away assets through a single process and experience and centralized governance of acquired books of business without a custody migration.

Sweep has launched generative AI-powered features to help companies simplify compliance with the CSRD and other regulatory requirements. The three new capabilities include: “Sweepy”, an AI assistant which improves data ingestion, provides suggested mapping of financial and impact materiality based on industry benchmarks, and automates non-financial data reporting and disclosures.
AI-powered recommendations for emissions factors, tailored to the specific activities of the business, plus effective action plans for emissions reductions and other sustainability goals. AI suggestions to resolve data input anomalies which would otherwise compromise compliance and audit processes.

ValueWorks.ai has introduced the OKR 2.0 methodology to redefine the alignment and execution of company objectives across all layers of the organization. ValueWorks' mission is to assist executive teams in decomposing overarching company objectives into actionable and focused goals for every department and team, utilizing its OKR methodology. With automatic updates from connected systems and AI-powered suggestions for OKR formulations, the ValueWorks OKR 2.0 methodology minimizes the process effort, enabling a sharper focus on strategic execution.

AlphaSense has launched Alphademics, its free training platform available to all AlphaSense users. Features of Alphademics include: user-friendly platform, you can use it anytime/anywhere, there are diverse courses and live courses.

CB Insights has unveiled new AI capabilities on its platform. Now, CB Insights users can generate comprehensive reports with AI. Analysis that originally took days can now be done in an instant. Users can build lists, scout companies, summarize commercial transactions and more, all in one click.

Tactyc has announced that Custom Views is the newest feature on its platform. Now users can create and access custom views of the Investments Table with different column configurations. This can be helpful if users want to see different information for portfolio companies without cluttering the table in a single view.

S&P Global Market Intelligence has released new updates to its S&P Capital IQ Pro. In this update, S&P has introduced a new personalized top menu for easier navigation, a new Chart Builder with improved presentation creation and analytical capabilities, and enhanced its Investor Activism offering by launching a new market-level Activist Investor Ownership page and integrating the data in Screener. Additionally, S&P has a new Advisory & Underwriting Summary page to view the clients of financial and legal advisors in M&A and capital raising deals, integrated Nikkei News into alerts, enhanced its Search capabilities, expanded its APAC private companies coverage, and added industry-level content for Banks, Insurance, Real Estate and more.

Moonfare has launched a secondaries product. The Moonfare Secondary Fund was registered on March 12 in Luxembourg.

FINTRX has launched Relationship Path, powered by FINTRX AI. This next generation relationship intelligence technology uses AI and machine learning to analyze your network and your team's connections to uncover the most effective paths for warm introductions.

Mend.io has launched Mend Container. Using reachability analysis, Mend Container extends the features of Mend SCA into the container runtime environment and adds new areas of security risk detection and mitigation unique to cloud-native applications. Mend Container adds key features and benefits to Mend SCA including: container reachability, secrets detection, Kubernetes cluster scanning and development to deployment coverage.

Kelp has launched its Deal Identification module. The Deal Identification module equips Investment banks with a holistic view of market potential, enabling them to identify the right target companies. A couple features of the module include: comprehensive market analysis and customized filtering and tags.

IQ-EQ subsidiary, First National Trustee Company America, acquires White Rock Group. FNTC, an IQ-EQ Group company that serves the timeshare industry internationally, is expanding its suite of services in the US with the acquisition, by its subsidiary FNTC America, of White Rock Group.

PARTNERSHIPS & INTEGRATIONS

Yieldstreet and Wilshire Advisors have announced a strategic partnership that intends to provide investor access to institutional-quality alternative investments. By combining Yieldstreet’s technology and private markets expertise with Wilshire’s data, analytics, and due diligence, this partnership aims to deliver a holistic solution for investors seeking diversified, passive exposure to private markets. This collaboration will launch with a suite of model portfolios designed to help Yieldstreet’s 500,000+ users construct balanced, diversified alternative asset portfolios.

bunch has announced its new partnership with Tactyc to power data-driven workflows for funds worldwide. bunch is a fund management solution, based in Germany. By partnering with Tactyc, bunch allows fund managers to model and manage their venture portfolio in a data-centric and efficient manner within Tactyc, and push the information that is relevant for fund administration into bunch without managing multiple tools.

OneTrust is partnering with Adobe to offer the capabilities of OneTrust Universal Consent and Preference Management with the Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform, part of Adobe Experience Cloud. The integration of OneTrust UCPM with Adobe Real-Time CDP will enable marketers to navigate changes in how they capture, access, and activate data, driven by the deprecation of third-party cookies and proliferation of data privacy laws, while meeting consumer demand for heightened personalization. Now, brands can combine customer data from all their channels into unified profiles that also include customers’ communication and privacy preferences. This will provide marketers with the foundation to capture, store, enforce, and activate consent, to deliver personalized and consistent experiences leveraging first-party data.

Euroclear and iCapital have announced a new partnership to expand offering in alternative investments. Under this partnership, Euroclear’s clients will gain access to a broad range of alternative investments, including private equity, private credit and more. The iCapital funds available on iCapital Marketplace will complement and expand Euroclear FundsPlace’s current offerings, spanning multiple managers and investment strategies with reduced minimum investment requirements. This will make iCapital’s menu of investment opportunities available to over 2,500+ users of Euroclear, in more than 120 countries.

Rosti has partnered with Position Green to support its vision for sustainability. Under this partnership, Position Green will collaborate with Rosti's teams to measure improvements, implement new measures and expand its knowledge on measuring and reporting on its activities in relation to carbon emissions. Additionally, with this new partnership, Rosti will learn about new and upcoming legislation as well as how to communicate with users on how its manufacturing capabilities will support them to achieve their respective sustainability goals.

Crunchbase and i³ Investing have announced a strategic partnership together. i³ Investing is a queer venture capital firm based in London. This new partnership aims to bring diversity spotlight tags to Crunchbase in the EU and UK. i³ Investing has started its initiative to celebrate and spotlight the work of queer founders to investors and the wider startup community across EMEA.

DOMOS FS has announced a new strategic partnership with Cascade. This integration offers AIFM and their service providers an integrated solution that adds the ability to perform Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, controls and monitoring, through individual Risk Based Approach covering all business relations including Know Your Customer (KYC), Know Your Transactions (KYT), Know Your Assets (KYA) and Counterparties.

HeirWealth has announced its integration with Envestnet | Yodlee to streamline the intergenerational wealth transfer process. The HeirWealth platform provides family investors and their professional advisers with a view of assets and liabilities across 40 different classes. Through the Envestnet Yodlee partnership, HeirWealth can access open banking data under Australia’s Consumer Data Right.

QuantSpark and Chronograph have partnered together to provide shared clients with a new technology infrastructure for implementing data-driven value creation strategies. Some benefits clients will receive from this collaboration include: centralised data, enhanced data accuracy and a comprehensive view of investment performance. With all data consolidated, QuantSpark prepares the data for consumption, joining Chronograph data with the client’s proprietary datasets, such as forecasted company performance metrics into interactive dashboards to unlock real-time strategic insights.

FIS now offers greater card fraud detection through new AI collaboration with Stratyfy. This new partnership with Stratyfy aims to deliver a material increase in accurately identified and prevented fraudulent transactions while also reducing false positives, creating a safer, more frictionless card payments experience for clients and their customers.

AllianceBernstein has selected +SUBSCRIBE to chart digital transformation journey
for alternative investments.
AllianceBernstein has joined the +SUBSCRIBE platform, with the goal of providing a digital experience for investor onboarding, electronic subscription documents, and order workflows to their investors.

Maguar Capital has selected Cobalt to streamline data collection workflows and automate reporting. Maguar Capital is a private equity firm based in Munich, Germany.

OFFICE & PERSONNEL

Robin AI has appointed a former financial executive at Tumblr and MySpace as its newest CFO. Scott Casey has been announced as Robin AI's new chief financial officer, following its £20.6m Series B round in January. Before joining Robin AI, Casey was the Chief Operating Officer at BigID.

Tamar Talmon-Engel has joined Hypercore as its new Head of Customer Success. Talmon-Engel will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure its customers achieve maximum value from Hypercore's products and services. Before joining Hypercore, Talmon-Engel was the Customer Success Manager at Stoke Talent (acquired by Fiverr).

Northern Trust has appointed Gary Paulin to the newly created role of Head of International Enterprise Client Solutions. In this newly created role, Paulin will focus on strengthening relationships with Northern Trust clients across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific at the highest levels of their organizations, creating synergies and facilitating access to the bank’s asset servicing and asset management solutions.

Ryan McCann has joined GF Data as its new Middle Market Analyst. McCann is a recent graduate of Yale and will be working with GR Data's PEG contributors and assisting with its quarterly data reports.

SS&C Technologies has announced the promotions of two employees at the company. Vilas Kokare is now a Specialist Financial Representative and Darren Digby is the new Director, Talent Acquisition. Kokare has been with SS&C since 2020 and Digby has been with the company since 2017.

IQ-EQ has announced 5 new promotions in its Isle of Man office. Jane Carty and Sharon Cain have been promoted to Client Service Directors and James Ramsey, Christopher Stobart and Chris McKernan have all been promoted to Associate Directors.

+SUBSCRIBE has announced the promotion of three business development team members. Christian Durando is a new Business Development Associate. Eddie Martorella is also a new Business Development Associate. Fernanda Correa is a new Business Development Analyst. All three have been with +SUBSCRIBE since 2022.

Brandi Gatlin has started a new position as Director of Strategic Partnerships at Drawbridge. Before joining Drawbridge, Gatlin was a Sales Consultant at iConnections.

Ark has welcomed Jeff Welton to the team as its new CFO & COO. Welton has over 16 years’ experience in both client services and operations in the asset management industry.

Microsoft has hired Inflection founders to run new consumer AI division. Mustafa Suleyman and Karén Simonyan are joining Microsoft to form a new organization called Microsoft AI, focused on advancing Copilot and its other consumer AI products and research. Suleyman will be EVP and CEO, Microsoft AI, and joins the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO, Satya Nadella.

FactSet has announced a few new additions and promotions to the company. Lin Zuo is a new Senior Specialist, Marketing Analytics. Pankhuri Gadi was a Senior Consultant and has been promoted to a Strategic Consultant. Trevor Lebus was previously a Client Solutions Associate and has been promoted to a Consultant.

Aukib Hossain has started a new position as Investment Operations Executive at Goji Investments. Before joining Goji, Hossain was an Operations Executive at Marshmallow.

Julius Marter has started a new position as Regulatory Compliance Senior Associate at IQ-EQ. Marter has been with the company since 2022 and was previously a Regulatory Compliance Associate.

FIS has announced the location of its new headquarters. The new Jacksonville location is FIS' new global headquarters.

IDR has launched its newly redesigned website along with a new office in London. Features of the new website include: specialized client and expert pages, an overview of its services and testimonials from clients and experts and case studies. Additionally, the new office in London marks IDR's expansion into Europe. The new office is in the Leadenhall Building on the 30th floor.

Linnovate Partners has relocated its US Headquarters from San Mateo to San Francisco. This move reflects its commitment to better serve its clients by providing them with convenient access to Linnovate's Fund Services team. With this new office, Linnovate Partners aims to solidify its position in the Bay Area and actively engage with the tech and investment community.

Salesforce has named Alexandra (Ally) Legend Siegel as Chief Equality Officer. Siegel previously spent more than seven years at Salesforce building out its equality initiatives. In her new role, Siegel will lead the company’s global equality strategy with a focus on talent practices and employee experience. Siegel was a founding member of Salesforce’s Office of Equality and established the company’s first equality trainings, was instrumental in instituting company-wide inclusive hiring and talent practices, launched inclusive career programs, and created Salesforce’s inclusive marketing principles, in addition to also leading the company’s Equality Group strategy.

Stavtar Solutions has moved to a new location in New York. The new address is 286 Madison Avenue, 19th floor.
