Robin expands playbooks to support contract negotiations. With this latest enhancement to Robin Playbooks, legal teams can respond to multiple rounds of edits. Robin can propose minimal human-like redlines, accepts or rejects counterparty edits, and makes further drafting suggestions. With this feature, Robin can reject unacceptable changes and suggests fallback wording, which saves hours of back-and-forth. One aspect of this new capability is that Robin can edit alongside the user. When making your own adjustments to a contract, Robin is able to distinguish your edits from the counterparty’s edits, ensuring it responds only where it should. Robin's new feature helps lawyers: 1 - Reduce the time spent on repetitive contract negotiations, 2 - Ensure consistency with approved playbooks, 3 - Focus on high-value strategic issues rather than drafting minutiae. ↗

Carrick Capital acquires Intelligo. Carrick Capital Partners, a growth-oriented investment firm focused on software and software-enabled businesses, has provided a majority investment in Intelligo. Carrick's investment includes a capital infusion to accelerate product innovation, expand go-to-market efforts, and pursue strategic opportunities. AB Private Credit Investors is participating as a co-investor and Trinity Capital will provide a debt facility. ↗
FIS completes acquisition of Amount, a provider of unified digital banking origination and decisioning experiences for financial institutions. The Amount platform, integrated into FIS digital, core banking and card systems, will help FIS clients grow deposits, loans and card portfolios efficiently and securely. FIS’ acquisition of Amount enhances its digital account origination capabilities. Crisil, an S&P Global Company, acquires McKinsey PriceMetrix Co., a provider of performance benchmarking and data-driven insights for the wealth management industry. The acquisition includes products such as ValueOne, FeeCheck, CommissionCheck, SignalOne, advisory services, and surveys of the North American wealth management sector. Post-transaction, PriceMetrix will be part of Crisil Coalition Greenwich, and its employees will transition to Crisil. McKinsey will continue leveraging PriceMetrix insights for its client engagements. The transaction is expected to be completed over the coming months, subject to meeting customary closing conditions. ↗

Raylu now integrates with Affinity. This integration connects Raylu’s AI agents directly with Affinity so PE and VC teams can automate market mapping, research, and outreach while keeping workflows in their CRM. Northern Trust is supporting Brandes Investment Partners with the launch of the Brandes Global Value Fund in Australia, with global custody and fund administration servicing.
